Now – we’re already 1 week into the new year -, how many of you have been using the excuse "It's impossible for me to work out with kids."?

Sorry, but that's not an excuse. Call us traitors or backstabbers, but we've gathered over 20 kid-friendly Gyms and Fitness Studios that either offer kids classes or child care, which allows you to keep your New Year's resolution. Be brave, read on.

Breathe in some fresh air, take a hayride or walk out to the field, let the kids choose their favorite tree, and let your inner lumberjack o the rest. Back at the farm, pick up some tree accessories and decorations and enjoy some fun activities with your kids.

Sounds familiar? Maybe you’re transitioning from "your normal life" to a life with children. Or you’re a stay-at-home Mom or Dad who’s looking for things to do with your kids during the week. Whatever you’re looking for, do not despair, my friends. We’ve just added the category Play Groups / Mom Groups / Dad Groups to our directory which currently lists 119 groups and will help you get connected.

Our school does that fun thing where Kindergartners are “Queen for a Day” or “King for a Day”. They get to wear a crown and the entire class draws the queen or king. The teacher binds the drawings into a book and the queen or king can take the book home with her/him.

The book is adorable and we got a good laugh out of it. Plus, there are quite some little Picassos in her class, check it out.

As we all know there’s tons of stuff to do in the 512, whether it’s spring, summer, fall, or winter. However, visiting some of those fun places can certainly leave a hole in your wallet. Especially if you’re familiar with questions like “Oh, that was so much fun, can we do that again? PLEEEAAAASE?” or if you’re simply trying to save some money.
