2020 is the year of online learning, and people across Texas and the rest of the country are trying to manage how to create more space for home classrooms. It could be that the dining table has turned into a desk for you and your children, perhaps your house has become a disaster zone, or maybe you are thinking of adding on or even finding a new home. 

Here are some tips for how to create a study area or a home office, no matter the size of your home.

So, I was looking for a fun way to keep my kids active at home and I came across Mad About Hoops, a hula hoop enrichment program, taught by two lovely ladies, Amy and Madison, in Houston and Denver. Like so many businesses offering classes and activities for kids, Mad About Hoops was negatively impacted by the current situation. However, Amy and Madison got creative and put together several virtual class options, live as well as pre-recorded, that kids and adults can enjoy from the safety of their home.

It’s easy to have fun in the Texas sun. But even Texas has some unpleasant days sometimes when you just want to stay inside and not leave the house. As parents, you want to be prepared for those days as they can be challenging.
