Your credit card information is captured directly by our third-party payment processor (Braintree, a division of PayPal, Inc.) and never passes through our site. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for the purpose of directly marketing their services to you.

   8. User Behavior: We may store information about your user behavior, such as your search activity, the pages you view, the businesses you rate and review, the date and time of your visit, your posts in our community, the businesses and events you save.

6. Account Protection: You are accountable for all actions taken with your account password. Use unique numbers, letters and special characters, and do not disclose your Live Grow Play password to anyone. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your Live Grow Play email and password to any third parties. If you share your email or password or any information with third parties to provide you additional services, you are accountable for all actions taken with your information and therefore should review the third party's privacy policy. Third-Party Accounts: If you use a third-party account such as Facebook, Twitter, Google, Yahoo, etc. to access your Live Grow Play account, remember that this account also controls access to your information on the Live Grow Play site as well. If you believe your third-party account has been compromised, you can un-link that account with your Live Grow Play account under your account settings.

Account Termination and Deleting Your Personal Data: You can close your account, request to be forgotten, your account be disabled, and personal information held by us be removed, or anonymized, at any time by contacting us. Your business listing, reviews, public posts, and account will be removed. We may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject.

If we decide to modify our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this Privacy Policy, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

   If, however, we are going to use users' personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users via email.
