Dittydoodle Works - Award-Winning And Emmy-Nominated Preschool Series [Giveaway]

New music-based YouTube channel brings "The Lessons In The Lyrics" to a new generation of preschoolers

Looking for a Christmas gift for your preschooler? Here's a fun way to get your little one moving and grooving and learning at the same time, at home or on the go.

Dittydoodle Works

Smile Works TV presents a wide array of “Lesson Focused” music videos from the multiple award-winning and Emmy-nominated preschool series "Sheira and Loli’s Dittydoodle Works."  The series follows the adventures of rag doll twins Sheira and Loli who live in a place called Dittydoodle Works: a magical, musical factory that produces fun!

They live among a wonderfully diverse group of friends, including:

  • Resident artist Miss Molly
  • Doodles the wise-cracking crayon
  • A good-natured troublemaker named Zippy the Kwirk
  • The eccentric yet brilliant professor Eeky Eeky Kronk and his nephew Squeeky Squeeky Kronk
  • The always helpful Funkins (Pink-a-Dink and Bluedles).
Sheira and Loli learn new life lessons each week, all while singing songs like “That’s How We Share,” “It’s Not What You Say, It’s How You Say It,” and “Live, Laugh and Love”, dancing, laughing, and having the time of their lives!

Smile Works TV Ideology

Smile Works TV’s YouTube channel’s “Where Smart Gets Its Start” ideology lets parents and educators know that Smile Works is a teaching tool as much as it is an entertainment vehicle. Kids love the vibrant colors, have fun with the adorable characters, and sing and dance to catchy tunes, all while learning valuable life lessons.

Most of the show’s songs were written by multiple-award winning songwriter Sheira Brayer, and produced by Broadway musical director Joseph Baker.  The legendary Marvin Hamlisch also served as music supervisor, and R&B icon Chaka Khan never disappointed in her recurring role of Mother Nature.

Awards

The life-enriching tunes helped Dittydoodle Works receive top-ratings, critical acclaim and numerous awards, including NY Emmy and Humanitas Prize nominations, iParenting Media Awards, four Telly Awards, a NY State Broadcasters Award, NAPPA Awards, and the series was approved by Kids First! - Coalition For Quality Children’s Media. Dittydoodle Works’ education director was author, researcher and Sesame Street veteran, Dr. Shalom (Sholly) Fisch.
