Lago Fest is free family friendly event to celebrate the small town of Lago Vista in the beautiful Hill Country. In conjunction with the beautiful boats of the Austin Yacht Club's Turnback Regatta, Lago Fest features creative talents in unique, music and visual arts. Come and enjoy the beats from award-winning musicians, arts by dynamic Central Texas artists, and delicious eats by some of the best Austin area food trucks.
Bring your picnic blankets, appetites, keen eye for great art, and well-worn dancing shoes. Cool off in the waves of Lake Travis right on the festival grounds! Spend your "staycation" in Lago Vista this Memorial Day Weekend.
Austin Yacht Club Turnback Canyon Regatta
See the gorgeous sails of the boats participating in the Austin Yacht Club Turnback Canyon Regatta in motion!
The Austin Yacht Club's Turnback Regatta brings sailors racing more than 20 miles from Austin to Lago Vista for the event. The boats leave the Austin Yacht Club on Saturday, May 27, around 10:30am and will arrive in Lago Vista anywhere from 2-4pm, depending on the wind.
Boats moor right upon the shores of the festival grounds where they stay all day for the music, art and food. Sailors race back to the Austin Yacht Club Sunday morning, May 28, at about 10:30am.

Enjoy some truly unique pieces of art by Central Texas artists, including oil paintings, embellished taxidermy, succulent art, sculptures, photography, jewelry, leather, and more.

Get your groove on or just sit back and listen to some fantastic live music:
2pm - 3pm: Drew Womack – country music at its finest.
3:30pm - 5:30pm: Hector Ward And The Big Time - 8 piece Latin Grooves Funk Orchestra seared in Blues and Rock & Roll.
6pm - 9pm: The Eggmen - Beatles tribute band.

The event is at Bar K Park in Lago Vista.
Parking
There is no public parking at Bar K Park (except ADA parking).
CapMetro will be providing FREE shuttle service. There are two shuttle stations. One will be at the Lago Vista City Hall (5803 Thunderbird St # 101, Lago Vista, TX 78645) and the other at the Lago Vista Middle School (8039 Bar K Ranch Rd, Lago Vista, TX 78645). No pets are allowed on the CapMetro shuttles.
