“Dance serves all the ends of individual growth; it helps to develop the body; it stimulates the imagination and challenges the intellect; it helps to cultivate an appreciation for beauty; and it deepens and refines the emotional nature." - Margaret H'Doubler

It’s easy to have fun in the Texas sun. But even Texas has some unpleasant days sometimes when you just want to stay inside and not leave the house. As parents, you want to be prepared for those days as they can be challenging.
We recently came across eatsleepdoodle, who offers a wide range of stationery and textile products that come with a set of wash-out pens so you can color, draw, doodle, design and personalize your very own textiles. Then, when you’re ready, just put them in the machine on a warm or cool wash and all the ink completely disappears, ready to be re-drawn, re-colored and re-customized.
Read for more info and how to enter for a chance to win a eatsleepdoodle world map duvet cover.

Our school does that fun thing where Kindergartners are “Queen for a Day” or “King for a Day”. They get to wear a crown and the entire class draws the queen or king. The teacher binds the drawings into a book and the queen or king can take the book home with her/him.
The book is adorable and we got a good laugh out of it. Plus, there are quite some little Picassos in her class, check it out.
