Fun Weekly Themes
Cordovan Art School has camps for kids from age 5-16 with over 40 fun themes that change every week for a new, exciting experience: “Talk to the Animals” (a camp with live animals!); Video Game Art; Super Heros & Villains; Fantasy Art; Outer-Space & Beyond; Pikachu & Friends; Sea Life & Sandcastles; Sculpture, Clay & Paper Mache; Anime and Manga; Cartoon Crazy; Cats & Dogs Take Over; and Clay Creations are a few of our favorites! Half-Day and Full-Day camps as well as Extended Care available.
Art Media
You’ll use a variety of art mediums, including watercolor, acrylics, colored pencils, pastels, pottery, clay, technology, and all sorts of 3-D materials, in a fun, friendly, safe environment, where any skill level can create in a friendly and fun environment!

Cordovan Art School was founded by award winning artist, John Howell, in Round Rock, in 2009. John is a community promoter and supporter of The Arts in local schools, at community events and with local charities. He was the founder of the Chalk Walk, a street painting festival which started on the streets of Round Rock. Recently moving to the Dell Diamond, this community event celebrated it’s 10-year anniversary hosting over 45,000 people! John’s love for Art and Community and just helping people be better people, is at the heart of everything we do at Cordovan. In addition to camps when school is out, we have weekly art classes for all ages, fundraisers, birthday parties, and special events!
