$1 Used Books, 1/2 Off New Books at The Book Spot

As some of you’ve already heard, family-owned book store The Book Spot in Round Rock is unfortunately going out of business. For the next 30 days The Book Spot is having a going-out-of-business sale and is asking book lovers in and around Austin to take some of their 150.000 books off their hands.

All use books are $1.
All new books and merchandise are 1/2 price.

They have a big kids section organized by author, type of book, and reading level.

And they're restocking the shelves every day, so they recommend to visit them more than once. In fact, when we went to get our share of books, we found 3 of them still in bags on the floor.

Here are some of the used but like-new children's books we took home with us for a total of $5.41 (plus a small donation).
