General Info

Are you ready to find your Mama-Tribe? I want to inspire a ‘New Breed of Mom’. Moms who know they can have it all; health, happiness, success, + abundance. Moms who understand that they are important and deserve the best in life, and who are ready for it NOW! Whether you are a SAHM, a working Mom, or a bit of both, we will have times that will work for you. If you are currently expecting or are a seasoned mom of 5 kids, we welcome you! This group will be a place of connection, empowerment and support. We will work together to add joy and ease into our lives, and help each other to work through the overwhelm of motherhood. Each meeting will have purpose and a theme for good conversation as well as an opportunity for transformation. We will have two weekly meetings. The first meeting of the week will be themed with a topic of conversation and exercises to make changes in our lives, for the happier. The second meeting will be a Mastermind group in which we will work towards our biggest dreams (business or personal)- brainstorming and keeping each other accountable. There will also be Meetups to just have fun! We’ll have Mom’s Nights (or afternoons) Out. We’ll explore this wonderful city together and bond! Some other ideas for Meetups I have are, Mommy & Me Yoga and Exercise, Meal Prepping/Cooking classes, Breastfeeding/Baby-wearing Support, Baby Sleep Consultations, etc. Basically anything that could add awesome expeiriences to our lives and/or make our lives easier.
