Motherhood is not for the meek, it is a challenging yet an incredibly beautiful phase of our lives that stretches us wide open to learn more about ourselves and the impacts that our beliefs, thoughts and behaviors have on this transition that can feel like a roller coaster of emotions. Learn impactful tools that will influence the way you show up as a care giver while nurturing your soul through a community that values and sees you in your struggles, your successes and inspires you to find your power to grow yourself into a woman who can dance with her light and embrace her shadow simultaneously. Each month we'll do an authentic check in, we will hone in on a pertinent theme in motherhood through group sharing and discussion while also incorporating elements of slow movement and meditation.
